These terms apply to all users of Wemp, including individuals, organizations, and entities that deploy Wemp on-premise.

Wemp is provided as an on-premise solution. When you deploy Wemp on your infrastructure:

• You are granted a license to use Wemp on your own servers
• You are responsible for maintaining and securing your deployment
• You retain full ownership and control of your data
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense Wemp without explicit permission

You agree not to:

• •Use Wemp for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Wemp
• •Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• •Use Wemp in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations

Wemp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that Wemp will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

You are responsible for:

• •Backing up your data
• •Maintaining your infrastructure
• •Ensuring security of your deployment

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wekify LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
